At the foundation is PEOPLE—understanding team dynamics, offering feedback that motivates, and handling conflict in a way that strengthens relationships.
Throughout the series, you’ll learn to design systems and habits that build accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Leaders finish the program with clear methods for aligning teams, improving performance, and sustaining real progress.
